Support Directions

If CanLinkIt misbehaves, please let us know! If you follow these steps we'll be able to debug and be more likely to solve the problem.

Right after it crashes, put together a new issue at GitHub with as many as possible of the following things (not all are required, but the more, the better for us):
  1. Follow the directions here to get and send us a log file -- this is the most helpful step for us!
  2. A screen shot of the problem in Photoshop 
  3. The version of Photoshop (CS4, CS5, CS 5.1, etc) and of Mac or Windows OS
  4. The PSDs you were working on, if possible
  5. What the problem was and what you did last
  6. Anything else you think would be helpful
  7. Attach it all to a new issue on GitHub
